YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID. All bidders must register to bid, only the register bidder may claim the vehicle. If you need help or rush approval,

call the Phillips Brothers Auction and customer service will walk you through the

process. Dealers, have your Dealer License ID and expiration date

ready, Private customers, have your driver’s license and expiration

ready.

HOW TO BID? Log in to theLast Phillips Brothers Auction and choose our sale to see a full list or simply use the search at the top of the page, type in the stock

number or last 8 of the VIN.

HOW DO I BID?

Log in to the Phillips Brothers Auction Website. Click View and you will see the vehicles Running. Start bidding. 

*** Extra time automatically adds up if a bid is placed 90 seconds before the time is up***

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON ? The easiest way is to log back in, it will show you vehicles won. You will also receive an email and the next steps.

HOW DO I PAY? We accept CASH , Credit Card ( 3% fee), or approved Business Checks. Phillips Brothers Auction will have the billing paperwork and the keys once payment is received.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Usually, the vehicles will be billed and

ready for pickup by the end of business on the day of the auction. If you

need a rush, let the auction managers know.

CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER 48 hours after the

auction or you will be charged storage fees. 

This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the

cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on

the site. All vehicles sold as is how is, where is.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition

before bidding.

AFTER THE SALE IS OVER No repairs of any kind. No locksmiths allowed. No gas or batteries can be installed. If the vehicle won’t start, you must arrange for a tow. Phillips Brothers Towing offers flat rate outs, inquire when making final payment. Any tow company wanting to pick up from here, must be insured with general liability, workman’s comp & provide and hold harmless on company letterhead.
